I've written to the hill about aggressive gulls that attacked me so I got a scalp tear. A leftover author there saw it telling me that it was a problem with the gulls and that I was not the first.

Maybe the hill has a problem maybe it was only the residual driver in question? Anyway I wrote a factual email about what preceded the attack, how I was attacked and how I subsequently had to flee 2 times before the seagulls made me worse.

The tray did not respond to my mail, I do not expect compensation and did not ask for it either. However, I expected to get an answer. So I know they take it seriously. We had planned to be on the hill all day but ended up being there for 20 min. because of that experience.
