Over the years I've placed many clients here. Recently the service has been less than what is expected from a Luxury property. Today, I meet a client there at 11am to submit an application. The door was locked, the leasing agent opened the door and didn't greet me. I explained I was meeting a client, and no response was given. When the client arrived at 11:15 am, we were asked if we had an appointment. There was single other person in the office other than us and leasing agent. She said expecting an appointment, then I asked if we could just get the application and was told to come back in one hour. My client could understand why the application couldn't just be given and then we come back with the completed application.
The last client placed here everything went wrong. I asked to set up the lease signing and payment in advance, they were too busy to set it up.
So I planned for the lease signing for the date on the information sent to my client, but that didn't work out either. I was told they don't sign leasing on the weekends, even though the date that was the move-in statement for the leasing signing was on a Saturday.
There was a time when this property was a luxury property. The service was impression but something wrong now and the service isn't what you would expect from a luxury property. It's a shame. I can't bring more clients here if we are treated badly when we only want to submit an application or sign the lease.
