the 40-year-old virgin at the front desk kicked us out because he doesn't know how to run a credit card machine. He tried charging our card three times and for some reason it wasn't on file. Told us to go get the card and then I guess we needed to get our ID so we had to go back and forth to our room three times That's when we told him that it was kind of crazy that they were having us to do this because of their unprofessionalism and then he kicked us out.
