The LAAC was where my bride and I first met, and it was the most iconic location for our wedding. We worked with the Director of Catering, Roxy, and she put together the most beautiful event.

Early: Roxy will give you an all star team for the wedding. Just trust that she is giving you the best of the best. Roxy has a lot of knowledge about hosting weddings at the venue. Just talk to her about your dreams, and have some trust with her suggestions because she had some things that she protected us from that we would have never thought of.

3 Weeks Before: Final details get ironed out during a 2-4 hour meeting where you confirm final layouts, number of people, meals, etc. Everything that you can think of gets covered here. This front loads the effort and makes sure that the final days leading up to the wedding are less stressful. She sorts out a 90% final timeline and confirms all vendor arrivals so that she can work with the day of planner to make sure there is nothing that you need to think about on your wedding day.

Day of: Roxy is working with the wedding planner/coordinator to make sure that everything goes without fault. She was on top of it tasting food, making sure that the vendors could unload, ensuring her staff is quick and invisible to deliver the most amazing day of our entire lives!

Food: We received tons of compliments on the food. It is a fully custom menu, and you work with Roxy on all the ingredients and the recipes. We did a southern menu, and we did multiple tastings to make sure that we nailed everything. The chef met with us, and he made sure that he exceeded all expectations. He went 100% out of the box for a cheesy shrimp and grits recipe that he had never made before, and he crushed it! Well done! Only small note would be for the jalapeno poppers that they make them a little less spicy haha!

Venue for photos: One of the most diverse buildings in Los Angeles. This provides the best venue for photos. Just check out ours...
