Afte three long weeks of testimony, attorneys for Loevy and Lovey proved overwhelmingly that lead Baltimore police detectives hid, ignored and held back evidence and information, including information that I myself provided that would have eliminated Sabein Burgess as a suspect in the murder of my daughter Michelle Dyson. However, the unforgivable actions of the detectives led to a prison sentence of life plus 20 for Mr Burgess, who was released after serving 20 years on a wrongful conviction determination.
