Their airport shuttle hardly shows up, when you get to San Francisco airport, tired after a long flight and a missed flight. I waited almost 2 hours outside in the cold. Evry time I asked United , who got this hotel for me, they said the shuttle is outside and there was no Crown Plaza shuttle. When you call, nobody answers. The hotel itself is ok, but related services are awful.
