My connection to Ronald Reagan was his visit down south to have fun! Independence day 1984. I saw USAF SAM 27000 land and the president exit the aircraft at Daytona Regional Airport. Mr. Reagan was Grand Marshall of "Firecracker 400" at Daytona International Speedway.

The library was located like the "shining city on a hill."
He gave us a vision.
