It was an awesome place to work! I had a great experience until a supervisor made it the worst job experience. He gave me points for clocking in at the time I started -and reported my hours. Saying he let me slide many times... anyone who works with the man would know he does not slide on rules. Not even a little..(I had my keyfab on my key chain to clock in ) and he manually entered my time but I was there early to be sure he could clock me in...I m assuming that s when he adjusted my hours.... He spoke with me about the good work I ve done and moving forward; requirements to be hired on and joked about not forgetting my key fab....and then the next day he canned me through my agency...I was upset because it was the first job I was fired from and I truly feel it was unfair. He gave me a point for leaving mid shift for one hour to take home a sick co worker. Looking back he just wanted me gone for some reason and his word vs mine... I was working through my first temp job after a solid work history and I really liked my new job hours and location etc. my co workers liked me and I loved the work. It s really a shame I got the worst manager in the place I would ve loved to grow with JW Speaker. Too bad.. great people with this company though. Everywhere has a sour apple inthe bunch.
