the CU needs improvement...it took almost 1 month ...

the CU needs improvement...it took almost 1 month to get a new debit card after I reported it compromised. The lines are extremely long every day, banking hours are not convient for the working public. CU lacks online features, call center customer service (NONE). Because the branch is so busy all the time, there so much pressure on the front desk person as they are the first line of contact, but they have no support, staff to back up when the lines are long.
