Good initial service but pretty much downhill from there. The product I bought and received turned out to be damaged in its entirety and rather than wait another few weeks (with all my furniture moved and floor torn up) I went ahead and put the flooring in place. I talked to an individual and was told I would get a follow up from my salesperson to make it right but that did not occur. I also ordered transition molding almost a month ago but that has yet to be delivered to the store. I have another room that I want to do but and at this point I think I'll use another flooring shop given my experience with this product, lack of follow up and slow delivery of the transition piece.
