I went along with my husband as he wanted to go primarily and we were already there to register our daughter's birth. He seemed happy with the selection of headphones, and the young man at the counter promptly picked up on me not really wanting to be there, and offered a seat and a tea, and then assisted my husband. He was obviously very knowledgeable, so five stars for excellent customer service
