I called today as I was changing from PC to a Mac. and I needed help. Alvi was most helpful in providing technical help I needed. Alvi was knowable and nice, he made the process seem simple. My Neat scanner is about 5 years old. I look forward to using my scanner with updated software and with my Apple Mac. Thank you Alvi for your Help!
