Great hotel, decent room (only missed the hairdryer). Everything included.
Neat and very nice staff. Breakfast is fantastic.

It is a pity that you are addressed in English in your own country. Dutch should be the main language and of course English, Spanish or whatever second language.
Lack of staff availability or being international at Novotel is absolutely no excuse for making the working language English.
