Things don't get done easily. They say they'll do it, but nope you have to keep coming back to here to get your work done. Even then there is no guarantee. They're no proper facilities for the public to use, the chairs are only in the office room, outside it's just Free space, nothing more. Likely there are trees so you can wait under the shade.
