My experience dealing with the coop application was good. The process is worth everything. The coop interview was informative n great experience for me as a first home buyer. I was very nervous about the interview at first but the board members made me feel comfortable which was good. The coop board members are very nice, friendly & professional. My entire experience was worth everything i would do it again. The supt Bill n porters are very helpful people who are always there when u call them or on the grounds of the property. I would highly recommend anybody to purchase a coop with prime locations.
