I have bought many courses from Larry Goins, to find out once I enrolled in coaching that he doesn't really believe that his home study courses can teach people to realize the dreams he sells them at the conferences. He's just a sleezy sales guy who will tell you what you want to hear to get your money. The hard close, fast talking sales guy approach really puts me off. After losing a "non-refundable deposit" and finding out that his many promises are hollow as far as "Filthy Riches" deals available on the website once you buy the program aren't there etc... I have realized I wasted many thousands on Larry Goins team training and wish to stop the bleeding.
I am not a person who buys courses and doesn't take action, I spent a good part of a year trying to make the HUD rehab model work, honestly, there's not a legit Realtor anywhere in my market who is remotely intrested in helping an investor buy HUD Homes, let alone make multiple bids week after week for you with very few or no commissions. There are too many Real Estate Investment "Guru's" who sell the idea of financial freedom from Real Estate investing, and don't have the actual systems that work to back it up. Larry Goins is one of them. The pitch sounds good on the surface, but he's more of a sales guy than a Real Estate guy, he will take your money in a heartbeat and leave you on your own with a booklet to figure it out.
