Every now and then I order a ticket from Greetz and this is going fine.
This morning, however, I ordered an expensive gift for my niece early in the morning, which I wanted to have delivered tonight for extra shipping costs.
Only hours later in the afternoon did I receive an e-mail stating that the product is unfortunately not available and whether I wanted to contact me to choose another gift.
After trying to chat 3 times and waiting half an hour later, another call where I had been on hold for a while, someone just finally talked by chat. Unfortunately it was too late to deliver today! Solution? A sorry and another gift and delivery time and a sad niece. When I indicated that this is not a solution, a ten-dollar promise was made to refund it. More could not be done.
When I just looked at the new order mail I saw that this order was cheaper than my original order due to the lack of my already paid personal gift paper plus the now cheaper shipping costs and submitted stampz points that I therefore lost all. Little remains of that allowance.
And that for an order of over 53 euros!
So last time Greetz for us, and so to read I am not the only one.
Bad for such a large and long-standing company!
