I came in a month ago todo the 90k maintenance and to diagnose a flashing drive light on the dashboard. They were able to fix the transmission issue but as I was driving it home I noticed a knocking noise when I put my foot on the gas in-between 1st and 2nd gear. I got the car back to them a few weeks later and not only did they not fix the problem but now my backup camera doesn't work. I took it back to them and told them to fix what they broke and to fix the original knocking in the transmission. They refused to fix anything and only made it worse. They didn't even offer any type of refund for the 'work' they did. Awful customer service and completely unprofessional! SCAM!

Update: I just got my car back from them yesterday after arguing with them about they're responsibly and now my AC doesn't work. Yet another thing that had NEVER been a problem suddenly is after taking it in to them.
