I ordered 2 important parts for my car through the...

I ordered 2 important parts for my car through their web site and needed to put them on at the same time I paid for them and they told me they would be in the store the next day. I received an email the next day telling me my parts were at my store and ready to be picked up I arrived at the store just before closing. When they looked up my parts from the order # I gave them the one guy who helped me first admitted he didn t know what they were another guy came and got my one part from the shelf but said I had to order the other part I told him I already did online and received an email saying they were ready. He than told me that the corporate office sends out the emails but doesn t know what inventory each store has. So what is the point of ordering them online. I had to cancel my mechanic until the part comes in hoping he will still be available than not to mention I now have to arrange and pay for another ride to your store when the part is available. This has been a real hassle for me and your employee was very aloof about the whole I would not recommend this service to anyone
