A total and complete NIGHTMARE! First of all you don t deal with one person, you deal with a dozen people! So far we re up to five who keeps sending us the same documents over and over to sign. We ve had to pay for 2 notarizations already, and we re now going on the third time needing a power of attorney, after telling us yesterday that we were all set, however today we get more paperwork for the same exact thing we already signed and notarized. You never hear back from these people either unless they want something.. We call and call, and we never get a phone call or emails back. Rate genius is really not a genius at all but a total nightmare! Good grief!
