I had a small repair ... exposed 1/2" pex pipe patch... they asked $500 or more..... the technician did not have the coupling and told me it can cost as much as $1,000 / so i went to Home Depot and paid $ 9 / problem fixed in 10 minutes. Never will i call them again !!
