We were having a great time until the show suddenly stopped at its peak, just before the T-rex was about appear. The show had some pretty cool stunts and the kids were having alot of fun. And then when it stopped it was announced that there was some technical difficulty and they apologized for the delay. Background music played for 20 minutes and then the show finally resumed.... but quite uneventful unfortunately. The T-rex made a very stiff appearance. It was apparent that staff had to push the dinosaur out of the opening but only partially. Then they had a little trouble trying to get it back in. Was very disappointed at the immobile dinosaur, it didn't move at all :( threw the ending way off. And to top it off one of the remote control baby dinosaurs didn't work either. The other baby just kept running into it trying to mask the fact that it didn't move or maybe trying to jar the mechanics and get it to work. Not really sure about that one. A for effort though. I feel bad for everyone who worked so hard to put on a good show just to have it end that way. And for the rest of the crowd, we all left a little sad. Considering we paid over $240, It would have been nice to had been offered some kind of compensation for the makeshift ending; discount, free merch, or even a refund. My kids didn't seem too disappointed but my husband and I sure were . This was a birthday treat for him but he said he was just happy he got to spend time with his family. But I know he was really let down. Hopefully they get things up and running again so that the next group of ppl can enjoy the show in its entirety. Good luck guys. Prayers to you all.
