I have been a weekly customer since trees opened its doors and refer a lot of my friends and family but that s probably going to change. I tried the online ordering today. I got to the front of the express line, there was still a forty five minute wait but it s all good I m a patient guy, and my order was not ready even though I had placed my order about 2 hours prior. I understand that dispensaries get busy and I ve worked in the service industry before so I keep my cool and I m very patient when my favorite establishments are busy. Then the clerk comes back with a product which was not what I ordered. What really bugged me was that he tried to pass it off and not say anything until I inquired thinking maybe they just package the product I wanted differently. He then tells me that they have been out of the product I ordered for three days and it was funny that I was able to place my order. I asked why it was available online if it s not been in the store for three days you had all that time to update the site. I said it kinda sucks that I waited all that time in line and all he could do was smirk and smugly say yeah I d be pissed too bro. It s just beyond me how he was ok with trying to pass off the wrong product as the right one which is very deceitful. I know this review won t mean much but, if you read this, watch these people, make sure you are getting the product you requested. I have spent a lot of money there and maybe wouldn t have been so upset if the guy was honest with me from the get go. Also, don t try their online express ordering. There is nothing express about it. It ended up just wasting a bunch of time which is the complete opposite of its intended function.
