It was weird from the start. Our server was wearing sunglasses (inside) and spoke so quiet that every time she came to the table we had to ask her to repeat what she said. My wife got the shrimp salad which was the reason we went there (she's had it in the past) so she enjoyed her meal. I however got the bacon burger with chips and was quite disappointed. The brioche bun was crumbling which tells me it wasn't fresh. And the burger, while cook well, was underwhelming. The miss mash of bacon aoli and bacon jam with the merks cheese did not mix well. The chips were greasy and did not taste fresh as well. With so many good options in the area I would not go back.
