I got back the value for the price that I paid. The kind of response and confidence that you get is unprecedented. When I asked them about how sure are we to get the trademark (this was at a stage when there was an objection from the registry and I had filed for trademark through a different consultant) their answer was 99%, which was absent in the case of my earlier consultant and the earlier consultant left everything on luck. The confidence got converted to result when the response to objection filed by Intepat was ACCEPTED by the registry. Also it would not be an exaggeration to say that the response was of top class, seeing which any registry official would not deny you the trademark.
