My 4 month old dishwasher is defective with error ...

My 4 month old dishwasher is defective with error code F70. Today I called the customer service - the next possible appointment is a week later on May 15th. The waiting time is unfortunately definitely too long, therefore only 3 stars. From a premium device, I expected A) more service and B) faster customer service.

Update from May 15, 2020: Fortunately, the dishwasher is running again, which is not thanks to Miele. I was called today - the technician is sick - you would have to make a new appointment. 2 weeks waiting time for a brand new premium device is definitely too much! I was then able to cancel the appointment.

Please dear Miele people: improve the aftersale service here!
