Today eaten in a cozy outdoor area at bistro "t Schippersrijk" in Uitgeest with a view of the Uitgeestermeer.
Friendly staff! Nice view!! Nice weather!! Good food !! All the ingredients for a beautiful Saturday afternoon.


and a small salad consisting of arugula and oak leaf with corn, peach, tomato and cucumber.
Very tasty and fresh. The Satay was very very good, nicely grilled (slow, as it should be) with a tasty sauce.

You can tell from the little things that this business GOES for quality. (from the brands of spring water for example)

If someone wants good and tasty food and also of excellent quality, (it is slightly more expensive, but as far as I am concerned that is justified), then this is the place to be. BRAVO!
