I recently bought a house in a neighborhood Riverside Management manages the HOA. I had some questions on the HOA.

After many attempts, emails and phone calls i was finally able to get ahold of somwone. spoke with Loula, I asked her few questions, she wasn't very helpful/wasn't "sure" and said to do "whatever you want". She said its beginning of the year and they are too busy to get to everyone.
