This company is taking over a nursing agency here ...

This company is taking over a nursing agency here in Michigan.. that being said, they are not yet prepared to take on clients... they have no nurses but are quick to get signed up and paid by your insurance..
Their reps sat in my living room and talked a big game on how many nurses they have and the quality of nurses.. they talked how their company has a 3% return to NICU rate when other companies have a 6-10% return rate due to being understaffed.. shame on me for not doing my research and taking them at their word.. of course I could have checked out their Facebook and website all I wanted.. they remove bad reviews too..
I only wanted nursing coverage Sunday through Thursday overnight 8-8 or 9-9 and two day shifts.. no weekends... pretty easy to cover according to other agencies..
They couldn't cover 90% of what we needed... their office here in Michigan is mismanaged and unorganized.. the nurses hate the way it's ran.. I would say check out google as well and see what the nurse employees are saying... when employees and clients are not happy you know there is something major wrong... the company can't remove these bad reviews... my goal is to make sure nobody goes through what we went through... do not hire this company...
When you have a child that needs care 24/7 or they could die do not depend on this company..
Take a minute and google "epic health services reviews" and their staff will let you know how terrible this place is...
