Very very unprofessional car dealer !!!

Very very unprofessional car dealer !!!
I was Enquiring about a car on Monday and wanted to buy it from them so they applied finance for on my behalf, Next evening I looked on their website and saw that this car was sold. I've been trying to get in contact with this car dealer since but no reply and no explanation from them.
Very disappointed.. u cant treat people like that .
