No one ever wants to go through the death of a loved one, especially a sudden/unexpected death. Sadly, my family had to go through that experience. The staff at Hines-Rinaldi made a very difficult time much easier to handle. Our funeral director, Gary Gise, met with us in our grief and helped guide us to make the best choices to honor our father. He was patient and compassionate and explained everything clearly. When the day of the viewing arrived, Gary and his staff welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed to get through the difficult day. They prepared my father carefully and respectfully. Later on that day, we met Monica and Bobby, who would be with us for the evening viewing. To say that Monica made us feel like a member of her family doesn't fully express her tenderness towards our mother and us. When it was time to say our final goodbye to our father, Monica embraced our mother and cried with us. I will truly be forever grateful for the kindness that was shown to us that day. On the day of the funeral service, Gary and his staff, along with the staff from the church, were there to make sure things were handled reverently. The entire experience was more than just being professional. They truly care about what they do.
