Worst VA hospital i have been too. I have traveled...

Worst VA hospital i have been too. I have traveled and this one is very un organized with little communication between doctors. Needs. improvement with. Cleaning rooms of patients . blood on floor for 3 days i was there and sheets. This is un called for. I do not like going there because of neglect i recieved . im very proud of being retired vetran but Pittsburg VA needs help.
