The service is great! Ryan Carlson and his team really know how to take care of their customers. Dave Rutherford is my sales guy and you can tell he cares about customer satisfaction. Good follow-up on all of my questions/concerns, no b.s. The finance team is also top notch. We have worked with both Mike and Kevin over the years and both are pleasant, professional and just good guys overall. My experience getting my vehicles serviced at NorthStar has also been professional and fair. I will continue to buy/lease from Northstar Ford!
