My father is not getting good care, he is being neglected. He had a shower on June 11: wanted a shower on Sunday, June 16, kept asking begging for a shower, I called so many times NO ONE CALLLS YOU BACK...I called for the Director to call me back 3 days ago, 2 days ago, & today, no one calls you BACK , I called his Primary Dr to call and give a verbal order for him to have a shower this morning...& I left a message I m calling Pa Social Services, so today after so many day he finally got his shower. My Dad request to be transferred to the Quadangle in Haverford PA this was from last Friday by his Primary Dr. this request was ignored...by Tuesday the Social Service lady Christein finally said Wednesday She will tell Discharge planning..this should have been done that FRIDAY, If I didn t call her she would still be doing NOTHING, The DR told them on Friday to transfer him. .my Dad need more therapy, this place sabotage his physical therapy recorded & said he will be discharged to home in Two or Three days. He can not walk up steps...they lied. The head of Psychical Therapy won t call you back...His has an infection which is making him weak Now the Qudtrangle won t take him because they lied in the progress notes. My Dad called The head of physical therapy, the lady Michell won t. All him BACK I called left her two messages she won t call me Back. THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE ALL THE MONEY FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY my Dad has certain diet to follow we spoke to them so many times they send up food he can t eat. Child s portion. Disgraceful...so many time I ran to buy my Dad food he can eat. He was told not to call the nursing station for help, and don t call the main number, and if you hit the help call button the one lady said she is the only one that will come, which won t be til 30 minutes later

Go else where to get good food according to your diet ...you don t order your food they do, and get good care when you need to be clean, not ignoring this is a terrible place to be no one calls you back ...
