There are times when you receive junk mail on a regular basis and just ignore it. But sometimes something catches your attention and it's NOT JUNK!! We had received MERIDIAN information before and discarded it. But after trying to refinance with our Mortgage Company and a local bank with the rates dropping because of the pandemic, we received another letter from MERIDIAN and checked them out with BBB. We quickly reached out to MERIDIAN and within minutes of speaking with someone we were on track to refinancing! We were impressed right from the moment we spoke with Joanne. Things moved along very nicely. They keep in touch with you right along the way. Phone calls and emails were all done in a timely matter and they were always very receptive to helping us out with any questions! Their customer portal for exchanging information and uploading or downloading information was extremely easy to maneuver! The timing of the refinancing and the cash back that we received couldn't have been better.
