Zero Stars if I could! So GROSS. Dirty hotel room/bath. So eager to get to pool only to find out some drunk puked in the water. Staff was alerted, but they just watched it drift down current while people unknowingly swam through it. By midday pool was murky and discolored. As if the disgusting pool and booze scented sweat wasn t appalling enough the poolside bartender was ripping everyone off. Lots of crazy partygoers, made great for people watching. The woman infront of me at the pool bar was arguing that price charged didn t match menu, but bartender stood his ground and she paid. Then I was charged $18.00 for a canned mimosa. I questioned bartender, but again he stood his ground. I later confirmed with interior hotel bartender that it should have been $8.00. Guess those boys working the pool bar pocketed a LOT of money over the weekend. Brought up to hotel manager, NO interest. Do yourself a favor and don t stay at the Saguaro!
