We hired Ignite Nutrition to come in an do 4 Nutritional lunch & learn sessions throughout 2019 for our staff.
We really wanted to ensure that whoever we hired for these presentations provided a balanced approach and their presentations were informative and provided our participants with excellent resources to make healthier, smarter choices and also debunked some of the "fad" diets and food myths that exist today.
Thanks to Andrea and her team for a great experience - we will certainly be reaching out to them when we decided to start our next initiative.
