I have been a customer of Planet R for a few years...

I have been a customer of Planet R for a few years now, and I must say that their service has been average. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of their products is decent. However, I have had a few issues with their customer support, as they sometimes take a long time to respond to queries. Overall, I would say that Planet R is an okay company to do business with.
