I had a poor post-sale experience with Toyota of Grand Rapids. I had a reoccurring problem with my driver's door. A door weld went bad after the first year or two and they repaired it. Later a recall was issued for this same problem. They had fixed it prior to the official 'fix' from Toyota so it eventually failed again and had to be repaired. When it then failed a third time after the extended warranty ran out, I was left high and dry. I was told the whole door would need to be replaced at my cost of over $2000. After much discussion, they finally offered the part but then I would pay the labor of $500. There were several other minor problems with the car and it was time to sell. Toyota of GR offered me $2400 due to the door and other problems. I got $8000 from Chrysler with the disclosed problems and am very happy with the Town and Country I purchased. ~ Jane Ashby
