Quick and superb service every single time. Hotel is beautiful. Staff is very professional and friendly. A special thanks to Udo, concierge, for going out of his way to take care of our request in an efficient manner.

Just one negative : There are some "hidden" charges that came out of no where like parking, delivery, tip and fee to order room service late at night. We don't mind paying all the applicable fee but it should be communicated clearly ahead of time.
