My husband and I used Terrence from TM5 to buy a house in College Station, and then a few year later sell our house in College Station and buy a house in Austin. The entire process was the best experience I've had regarding buying/selling a house. Terrence really worked hard to represent us on both the buying and selling. He listened to what we wanted and fought for us every step of the way. The level of communication was great and I would use him and his team again without any hesitation.
