BCBS of NC can not seem to understand that when I recently changed employers, my insurance changed. My prior insurance was with them, and it ended more than 6 months ago. My new insurance is with them, so you would think it would be simple for them to determine that my old policy is no longer in effect. Every time I go to the doctor, BCBS of NC refuses to pay, because they think that my old policy is applicable. After hours on the phone with them, they still can't get it right. If my employer did not pay for this insurance, I would have cancelled it weeks ago!
