When we are challenged to help our loved ones sometimes we get anxious and or nervous in how we can assist especially when they are in the hospital. Well today for me and my family we were faced in one of those challenges and needed to find an ambulance service where they can transport from the hospital to our home. I contacted First Med and was assisted right away, this is about my grandmother who is 88 years old and is not able to walk so much since she has a lot of joint and health problems. First Med worked as a team and made the process so smooth that their was no hassle and or the run around. They are so professional that finding qualities is hard these days. These people are so caring and loving that they handled my grandmother as if she was their loved one. I was extremely touched by every single person who lend their hand to assure her and myself that don't worry we are here for you.

I highly recommend for anyone who might be in need of any type of services when it comes to transporting. If I can rate 10 stars without any hesitations Id do that. They provide above and beyond services, services where now these days is hard to find. Thank you First Med for every aspect of the way.
