Bias with such disparity in employees! Told me one starting rate, then put together an offer for less. Lol I nicely declined, but not only that it was the mishandling of the my interview process. Therefore, you guys beware if they have all them miscommunications, delays, low ball offers high turn over rates and such low patient satisfactions rates! Them are red flags they do not value staff, will mistreat, continue to miscommunicate, most likely not properly train you yet, demand things out side your contract and etc and more! But want to pay you penny! Statistics show they already pay women less, add the fact you a woman of a color even worse if you allow them!
