Long lines out the door are normal, but they usually move quickly. Come here for Hot Chocolate, Tea and desserts these are their specialties and are well worth the wait and reasonable prices (reasonable for paris that is). I usually take the family here whenever they are visiting and it's location is also convenient if you're doing touristy stuff.
