Sadly Huron Valley Financial will sell your loans to sub par mortgage companies, leaving you at a disadvantage on many levels. That being said, the review really reflects the corporate side of HVF and its decision to do business with a less then credible company like PHH Mortgage. I will say the employees at this office have always been friendly and helpful and this review doesn't reflect on their services. Wouldn't it be nice if corporate took the time to treat its "customers" the same as its employees do, by not setting them up for future headaches.
