The knowledge of the sales person was excellent. He was friendly, kind, courteous and extremely professional. I not only purchased a Jordan's memory foam mattress but also a memory foam pillow which was recommended by the sales person. I have not received the mattress yet as it had to be special ordered but the pillow has helped reduce my neck and shoulder pain and my migraine headaches. I am looking forward to getting the mattress to help with my back pain. If it is of the quality of the pillow I know it will be great!!

Thank you to my sales person, Mr. Pelletier, and to Jordan's for employing such quality people. I will definitely be back in the near future for other purchases!
