We bought a Certified Pre-Owned Rav-4. Kai Zhu was honest, straightforward, and didn't try to up-sell me on a vehicle. He did explain the differences I asked about, and the features of the car. He washed and filled the car for us, and then sat and connected both of our phones, and offered to explain all of the other features. When we declined, he was professional and let me get back to work. Since then, he has answered questions. Professional, thorough service without any pressure.

The paperwork went unbelievably smoothly with the help of CHINH NGUYEN. He explained all of the options, how much they would add to our monthly bill, and the benefits of each option. He followed up with us when he found a way to save us a few dollars a month, and went so far as to mail us the paperwork because going to the dealership (35 miles away from us) was difficult.

After looking at two other dealers, I will return to Magnussen even though it will mean traveling an extra hour.
