I am a college student that was having a small issue with my charging port. The staff saw me as a waste of their time. The parts were in the store, the staff said it would be an easy fix, yet could not accommodate a fast turn around. I have online classes and assignments everyday and they wouldn t let me schedule a set day for it to be fixed.
