We called Gold Medal to have our water heater replaced. They were never on time. The did not file the permits required despite multiple phone calls to the office. The water heater failed the inspection so we had to have them come back out and make some adjustments. They said they'd be here between 12-3 and arrived a little after 5. Their staff is dour and patronizing. Do some research before contracting them.
